PREGNANCY, Birth and Labor package

  • 24 hour Pregnancy Support

  • One on one birth prep to help prepare your body for birth.

  • Developing a Birth Plan

  • Childbirth Education overview, and knowing your options for labor.

    2 in home prenatal visits

  • At these visits I will..

  • Cover basic childbirth education to mom and birthing partner.

  • Work with you and your partner to teach, and educate you on your options for labor.

  • Teach and guide birthing partner on how they can best support mom through labor.

  • Teaching movements and stretches to help prepare your body for labor.

  • Prepare a birth plan, to help you know your options for labor.

  • 24hr on call availability during your “due range”

  • Continuous labor support until 1-2 hrs postpartum

  • 1 in home postpartum visit

  • One custom drawn illustration of a photo of your choosing from pregnancy, or birth. My gift for you!

Support during Labor and Birth includes:

  • Massage & pain relief stretches, and exercises during prenatal visits and during labor.

  • Affirmations, and relaxation techniques.

  • Emotional Support, love and encouragement and always will be covering you and baby in prayer!

  • Partner Support (Don’t worry partner your not alone! )
